Project Scope: Land Clearing & Grading

This project involves land preparation over approximately 3 acres of old timber land. Scope includes:

Stump Removal: Extraction and disposal of stumps left from prior timber harvesting to create a clean, level site. This includes full stump removal extracting each stump out of the ground.
Land Grading & Dirt Relocation: Relocation of a large dirt mound currently positioned at the front of the residence. The material will be strategically moved and spread toward the rear of the property to increase usable space, improve drainage, and enhance overall site accessibility.
Equipment used: For this project we utilized our Hyundai 210 excavator with a custom made stump ripper and our CAT d6 dozer with a custom made root rake.
